Where did you and your fiancé meet?

Jeff and I met on eHarmony- after months of going through the guided communication, we finally met in person!

How did you know he/she was the one for you?

As soon as I met him, I knew that I wanted him to be around for a while! I knew for sure once I saw how easily he fit in with my family, and that melted my heart.

What are the things you have in common?

We both love being active, whether running or working out together, We also enjoy time outside visiting the beautiful wineries in Virginia, and cooking together!

How did he propose?

Jeff went all out for the proposal! He proposed at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial in Washington, D.C. He even hired a professional photographer – which required a special permit from the city – to capture the moment.

What part of your wedding day are you looking forward to most?

I am most looking forward to getting announced as Mrs. Shuster!

What is the inspiration for your wedding colors?

I love all things sparkly and shiny, so that’s how we came up with silver and champagne for the wedding colors, and ivory for flowers.
