Intimate Garden Wedding

While some couples chose to reschedule their spring 2020 wedding, many decided to make their wedding day a bit more intimate. Our bride and groom, Ellie and Drew, did just that. Their destination garden party wedding included 26 of their closest family and friends. Jennie with Pixies and Petals took Ellie’s vision of an English garden inspired by Lilly Pulitzer and created a picture-perfect wedding day. The Venue

First, let’s talk venue! The Capen House was the ideal location for the pretty in pink garden party wedding. The historic home is a favorite for weddings and other intimate celebrations. With the view of Lake Osceola as your backdrop, your guests will be transported to a fairytale. And only a few minutes from downtown Winter Park.

And speaking of fairytales, let’s talk floral. You can’t have a garden party without it and the outstanding Pixies and Petals created a lush pink garden wonderland in vivid shades of peach, raspberry, coral, and fuchsia.

Of course, when it came to choosing the perfect rental pieces, our couple opted for our gold and white petal chargers. While the gold was the ideal accent for the vibrant floral. The texture was another floral element added to the design.

While floral was a large part of their wedding day, so was food, family, and fun. With an intimate setting, the couple was able to spend quality time with their guests. While the sunset, the newlyweds took a moment to sneak away. And this is why we fell in love with this adorable couple! Congrats Ellie and Drew!!
