Alfond Inn Vendor Appreciation Celebration

If there is anyone that knows how to throw a party in Central Florida, it’s Jim Oneil from FyerFly Productions, so when it came to showing a few of their favorite wedding vendors some love and to thank them for the years of referrals, we knew it was going to be a party to remember. The gorgeous  Alfond Inn was the perfect venue for the intimate vendor appreciation party. The details were captured by the outstanding team from That First Moment.

As the guests arrived, they mixed and mingled in the beautiful Alfond Inn Conservatory. We just LOVE this space! It’s a perfect space for an intimate wedding ceremony or for a cocktail hour.

When it was time to be seated for dinner, the guests were escorted into a whimsical, fairy-tale space. With twinkle lights dripping from the ceiling , creating a tent of sparkle, the long table was colorfully decorated in shades of bright pinks, oranges and blues.  Lee Forrest  did a fantastic job creating the most unbelievable centerpieces that pulled all the colors together beautifully!! Gorgeous linens from  Over the Top Linens covered the tables in alternating colors, with a soft cream colored overlay creating texture and dimension. Our Teal Peacock chargers and Emerald Peacock chargers were placed at each setting, with a colorful napkin perfectly placed and our Emerald Green goblets and Cobalt Blue goblets completed the look. It was stunning!

The guests were seated in Black Chiavari chairs, while Jim and his wife Tabitha were at opposite ends of the table, seated in our beautiful Black Dynasty chairs. We loved the choice of the darker chairs in this space; it really made the room pop!

While dinner was served, everyone enjoyed entertainment by the quartet from Beautiful Music. Many toasts were had while the guests celebrated together!

We loved being part of this fun celebration and as the night went on, it was evident that Jim and his team at FyerFly Productions really do know how to throw a great party! It’s always exciting when we have the chance to work with them!
