A Classic Winter Wedding at The Mulberry

A winter wedding at The Mulberry is a perfect way to take advantage of the December Florida weather. We love seeing couples branch out of the typical spring ceremony and embrace rich colors, chilly evenings, and lots of seasonal greenery. Ann Axon Photography captured the beautiful day in pictures.

Brittany and Brad did just this, and their wedding at The Mulberry New Smyrna Beach was a dreamy event. Brittany and her bridesmaids enjoyed the property while they got ready for the big day, including hair and makeup services by Laura Reynolds Artistry.

The bridesmaids wore deep wine gowns that felt perfect for the season. The bride’s classic silhouette and veil set the tone for the rest of the wedding. Their bouquets from Country Club Florist were filled with reds, creams, and lots of greenery. The groom and his groomsmen carried on the classic attire with their dark navy suits.

The day was sunny with light streaming in through the branches of the trees. The couple added touches of greenery to the last rows of our French Country Chairs, making them even more festive and merry!

As the ceremony went on, there were two adorable additions to the wedding party!

Brittany and Brad stood under beautiful trees on a sunny Florida day, the kind of day made for an outdoor wedding. They shared sweet words with each other in front of their family and friends.

After the bride and groom were declared husband and wife, their family and friends were escorted to the indoor reception room, which had been decked out in gorgeous greenery, warm wood tones, and personalized place settings. The room was the picture of classic elegance meets a touch of rustic chic. Our Farm Tables ran the length of the room, accentuating the openness of the space.

Our gold chargers completed the place settings with a lovely touch of metallic shine and a classic beaded pattern. They were the perfect background to the personalized place cards on each napkin.

When they dimmed the house lights and turned on the beautiful colored lighting, the warm woods and candlelight glowed in a whole new way!

A whole dessert table filled with sweets waited for the guests! The Sweet Shop Specialty Cakes created three beautiful cakes for the table, each with delicate white piping and beautiful red flowers.

A s’more station next to a bon fire made for a perfect way to warm up on the chilly winter wedding at The Mulberry! Guests danced to G and G Entertainment and continued to celebrate Brittany and Brad into the night.
