It feels like just yesterday we were ringing in 2023, and yet here we are, already gazing back at a year overflowing with vibrant memories. We at A Chair Affair can’t deny it, 2023 was a truly beautiful year. It was full of moments we simply must share with you! Now, join us as we share a few weddings and events we were happy to be apart of.
“i said yes!” margaritaville vendor appreciation party
First, let’s go back to the “I Said Yes” Margaritaville Vendor Appreciation Event. Each room had its’ own theme ranging from Jimmy Buffet to Havana Nights to a Polynesian Luau. This Margaritaville-themed fiesta saw us not only mingling with fellow creatives but also showcasing our rentals’ versatility.ย From the Champagne Hedge Wall, overflowing with margaritas to the Bamboo Wood Folding Chairs and the Ruby Red Goblets. Altogether, transforming the “Jimmy Buffett Vacation” room into a tropical paradise. Furthermore, our pieces added a touch of sophistication to this vibrant event.

Next, stepping into another realm, we recall the breathtaking Chic Farmhouse Wedding we had the pleasure of contributing to. Our Monaco Farm Tables and Monaco Sweetheart Farm Tableย anchored the light and airy reception room. Also, our Nina Sofa nestled among Kaley Tan Velvet Chairs created a cozy lounging spot. While our Tommaso Coffee Table and Edgar End Table served as a charming setup for the lounge area. Altogether, this blend of farmhouse elements with chic touches left us in awe.

Then, sometimes, dreams truly do come true! We witnessed this at a Royal Cinderella Princess Wedding that seemed straight out of a Disney fairytale book. Cinderella’s carriage transported the bride to Disney’s Wedding Pavilion, and the reception at BellaCosa Lakeside took their vision to stunning heights. Our Monaco Tables and French Country Chairs welcomed guests under the shade of grand oak trees. While the Monaco Sweetheart Table with regal Victoria Chairs ensured the bride and groom felt like royalty. Also, our Gold Round Belmont Chargers, Nouville plates, Gold Rimmed Water Goblets, and Brushed Gold Flatware added a touch of opulence to each place setting. Altogether, the entire scene unfolded like a dream straight out of a fairytale.

enchanted Secret garden wedding
Next, we remember the Enchanted Secret Garden Wedding at The Acre Orlando. The ceremony and reception both embraced the outdoors, and our rentals perfectly captured the desired garden and boho vibes. First, the ceremony was straight out of an enchanted garden. It was filled with our Mahogany Resin Folding Chairs, which blended nicely with all the greenery. At the reception, our Gold Belmont Chargers, Amy Dinner Plates, Gold Baroque Flatware, and Regal Salad Plates adorned each place setting, and the Stella Settee provided a cozy haven for the bride and groom. Then, off in a separate garden oasis featured a lounge area. Our Belle Sofa, Mabel Coffee Table and Isabella Chair furnished this cozy setup. All in all, this wedding was a symphony of nature and elegance.

Kids Beating Cancer Hats & Heroes Gala 2023
Last, but certainly not least, The Kids Beating Cancer Hats & Heroes Gala 2023. This gala was held at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and was a night of pure magic. The ballroom transformed into a Venetian Masquerade dream, with jewel-toned tablecloths. Including a mix of our Gold Napoleon Chairs,ย White Chiavari Chairs, and Gold Chiavari Chairs, and sparkling round and long glass tables. As well as our Turquoise and Gold Weave Glass Chargers that added a touch of glamour and our Oscar Chairs that completed the scene. But beyond the spectacle, it was the purpose that truly resonated. Raising $2 million to fight pediatric cancer was an incredible feat, and we’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this remarkable organization.
