Step into the enchanting Kids Beating Cancer Hats & Heroes Gala at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. Whitney Carillon Events guided every detail, while Clane Gessel Studio captured every beautiful moment. Get ready to be captivated by the Venetian Masquerade theme, where rich jewel tones intertwine to create a timeless ambiance of glamour. Now, join us as we dive into this extraordinary fundraiser.
Ballroom Details
To kick off the night, the ballroom was a breathtaking sea of jewel tone colors. Gold, pink, teal, and purple glitter tablecloths on round tables filled the room. Surrounding these tables, a mix of our Gold Napoleon Chairs, White Chiavari Chairs, and Gold Chiavari Chairs added an elegant touch. Transitioning to the heart of the room, attention seamlessly shifted to glitter-adorned round and long glass tables. These showcased our Turquoise and Gold Weave Glass Chargers, accompanied by our sleek Oscar Chairs. Finally, completing the scene were two round sweetheart tables, draped in purple glitter and surrounded by our Oscar Chairs. Altogether, these elements seamlessly combined to create an enchanting Venetian Masquerade atmosphere.
Entertainment and Dancing
Next, the musicians were ready to fill the ballroom with enchanting melodies on stage with our Black Chiavari Chairs and Black Chiavari Highboys. Throughout the night, talented musicians, dancers, and singers showcased their skills. Subsequently, the auction unfolded, featuring items such as paintings, designer fashion, sports memorabilia, and more. As the night progressed, the ballroom seamlessly transformed into a lively celebration of dancing. Undoubtedly, the way everyone envisioned this special night to end.
Kids Beating Cancer
In conclusion, the Kids Beating Cancer Hats & Heroes Gala was truly special. The gala raised $2 million to help fight pediatric cancer, which was incredible. Overall, we’re incredibly grateful for the chance to continue working with this amazing organization.
