With the holiday season approaching and summer coming to an end, we knew we had to highlight them as this month’s vendor spotlight! We were excited to hear more about this creative twist to the traditional guest book!

Meaningful Frames is located in Cumming, Georgia and we have been in business for over 14 years. We found countless people wanted a better guest book experience, because too many guest books were left abandoned on the shelves. Our personalized frames have an opening to allow your unique drop tokens to fill your custom frame with love from all of your guests. This is something fun for your guests and afterwards, you have wall art for your home. 

HOW DID YOU GET YOUR START IN THE EVENT BUSINESS?

We were looking to buy an existing business and we came across this incredible opportunity. How do you pass up a company that makes a physical product that would be used during a milestone celebration? We knew we had to do this!

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT BEING IN THE EVENT/WEDDING BUSINESS?

We get to surprise and delight our customers by making a personalized frame that exceeds their expectations.

WHAT APPROACH DO YOU ADVISE IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE TASTEFUL AND YIELD AN EVENT THAT LOOKS AMAZING?

Simplicity is key! Stick with classic and elegant touches. 

WHEN PEOPLE INQUIRE ABOUT YOUR SERVICES, WHAT CAN THEY EXPECT?

While email works, we would rather set up a time to answer your questions and provide you with different options. Also, we always provide customers with a proof of their frame before we start production.  This way, we can make any modifications a customer requests and can show them how it will look before we start making their frame. 

WHAT IS YOUR BEST ADVICE TO AVOID PLANNING STRESS FOR ANY SPECIAL EVENT?

Like life, outline what you want and stick to your plan.  Communication is key! Communicate your expectations to everyone you are working with so we know what you want (and don’t want) for your special day.
