We have had the opportunity to work with Natalia Day from Days Remembered by ND many times. And it’s always a pleasure to watch her and her team create magic for our couples. From a rustic beach wedding to a boho-chic garden wedding, they are consistently raising the bar and exciting us! So of course, they are this month’s Vendor Spotlight!

TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOURSELF

I am a happy and fun individual with over 15 years of event planning experience. I love making people smile and creating unforgettable memories. A day to always remember! On top of the amazing clients and friendships, I have created; I have two lovely, amazing, and sassy kids that make my heart full. Every day is a celebration in my life and love sharing it with many!

How did you get your start in the event business?

I started in Atlanta, Georgia 15 years ago doing corporate planning and operations. Then I decided to move to Florida 12 years ago for a change. I started working as a contractor at a venue in Tampa doing events. Then the referrals started coming in and that is how Days Remembered by ND was created. I did 47 events in my first year in business in 2011- and I loved it! Today we do over 150 events a year all over Tampa Bay and couldn’t be more blessed.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT BEING IN THE EVENT/WEDDING BUSINESS?

Seeing my clients smile. Telling me that I made the most important day of their lives extremely memorable. That is what makes my heart full!

IF A BRIDE/COUPLE IS CONSIDERING A THEME FOR THEIR WEDDING, WHAT IS YOUR BEST RECOMMENDATION FOR INCORPORATING A THEME?

Keep it very subtle! Just in the little details.

WHAT APPROACH DO YOU ADVISE IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE TASTEFUL AND YIELD AN EVENT THAT LOOKS AMAZING?

Don’t be too literal and keep it simple!

WHEN PEOPLE INQUIRE ABOUT YOUR SERVICES, WHAT CAN THEY EXPECT?

Energy, happiness, celebration, and confirmation on what package best suits THEM. It’s about their needs, wants, and how we can work together so both parties understand the roles and there is trust.

WHAT IS YOUR BEST ADVICE TO AVOID PLANNING STRESS FOR ANY SPECIAL EVENT?

Don’t get ahead of yourself. Each duty during the planning is done at its time. This is why I’m here to guide them and tell them when things should be done and take it step-by-step.
