Up the Creek Farms: A Southern Soiree

Up the Creek Farms was the perfect location for guests to gather and network amongst a beautiful country scene. Hosted by Perfect Wedding Guide Orlando on October 16th, the Southern Soiree was an awe-inspiring event that featured vintage furniture and décor with a romantic rustic feel.

There was so much inspiration within these farm walls! The amount of heart and thought that went into every detail is indescribable. Stunning chandeliers hung over our rustic farm tables that were adorned with flowers by Buds Etc Floral Studio. The rich color of our mahoghanny Chiavari chairs looked phenomenal under the warm hues of peach and gold. Subtle accents of royal blue were found throughout the venue – it was even found on a tier of the carefully crafted wedding cake! The gorgeous royal blue couch and corner table draped with a shimmery blue cover will forever fill our dreams.

A southern soiree just isn’t complete without comfort foods inspired by the south, and Downtown Catering LLC and P is for Pie Bake shop did not disappoint. Guests were delighted with treats like hickory smoked pulled pork sliders, a whipped potato bar, and southern pecan pie!

The outdoor décor and entertainment was the perfect compliment to the event’s quaint and cozy feel. The Holcomb Brothers Band serenaded guests with live music on the deck while party goers delighted in the great atmosphere, conversation, and decedent dessert options. Everything about this southern affair said “perfection.”

We were in the company of amazing wedding professionals that helped us pull off quite a shabby event, and the final look was amazing!
