Sleek and Modern Beach Wedding

Beach weddings are becoming our favorite thing. After Megan and Jake’s elegant and modern South Seas Island Resort beach wedding, we are hoping for a few more before the weather starts to cool off. While the outstanding planning team from Jetset Wed crafted this jaw-dropping day, photographer Anastasiia Photography captured the sleek details.

The Wedding Ceremony

White resin chairs were lined up on the beach of Captiva Island for the beach wedding ceremony. With our Market Umbrellas strategically placed to provide the wedding guests with some shade during the vows. Everyone fell in love with the floral covered circular arch and couldn’t wait to see Megan and Jake stand in front and become husband and wife.

The Wedding Reception

Following the vows, it was time to celebrate the happy couple. The setting was right out of a wedding magazine. Market lights hung above the crisp white linen covered tables and our French Country Chairs completed the look. While our Green Boxwood Hedge Wall did double duty. They were the perfect spot for the seating chart and also they created a defined dinning and lounge space

With the crisp white tables, our Matte Black China were the ideal choice to bring an elegant and modern pop to the tables. Wooden bowls of blueberries and touches of greenery balanced the sleek style.

Speaking of sleek styling. Megan and Jake designed a sleek and whimsical lounge setting for their guests to enjoy the evening. With a few of our favorite vintage pieces, their sitting area was a perfect addition to this beach weeding. Along with our Nellie Settee, James Coffee Table, and Lisa Marie Settee, the couple chose a few of our vintage chairs. The La’Chelle Chair, The Alice Chair, The LaSalle Chair, and The Frances Chair were added to complete this elegant lounge look.

As the sun set over the waters, the newlyweds and their guests celebrated with dinner and dancing. The evening was a memorable one and we are honored to have been part of their modern beach wedding.
