McKee Botanical Garden: Austin and Erica- A Sparkly Rustic Wedding
We love all weddings, but rustic themes have a special place in our heart. They’re little glimpses of heaven, like Austin and Erica’s wedding at the McKee Botanical Garden which was the perfect combination of a little bit of sparkle and and a little bit of rustic.
Erica and Austin knew they wanted to have a wedding that was beautiful, sophisticated, and memorable, so they turned to An Affair to Remember, who made their dream wedding a reality. Kristen Weaver Photography worked her magic to capture each sweet, loving moment of the event.
The outdoor ceremony was beautiful in its simplicity, with a wooden panel featuring a lovely Biblical verse and lanterns for décor, paired with our French Country Chairs to complete the rustic look.
Erica looked absolutely stunning as she walked down the aisle. We fell in love with the embroidery and bead detailing on her dress, so we can only imagine how Austin felt! The couple was all smiles as they said their I Do’s.
Following the ceremony and a photoshoot, the newlyweds and their guests headed indoors for a chic reception. Pink florals by Pink Pelican Florist added a soft touch of color to the room, with lit candles, Champagne Glass Chargers, and Gold Chiavari Chairs to amp up the glam factor. Add in a bit of Gold Stemware and Gold Flatware, and you had a room that emanated warmth and classic romance.
After a delicious gourmet dinner and dessert, the couple bid their loved ones farewell as they started their new life together. Congratulations, Austin and Erica! May you live happily ever after!
