Congratulations to our March 2013 Chiavari Chair winners Katie & Javier!
We are super excited for their wedding this May at the Interlachen Country Club!
We had the chance to learn more about the couple as Katie shared their love story via the following interview, Meet Katie & Javier:
Where did you meet Javier?
We met on Match.com! (Maybe we will be on one of their next “success” commercials)
How did you know he was the one for you?
I knew Javier was the one for me when he could make me laugh harder than I have ever laughed before…and I’ve never stopped laughing since! He’s a special person and I’m blessed to have him next to me for the rest of our lives.
What are the things you have in common?
We are both HUGE movie lovers, we also love to work out together, bike on trails, and most of all travel! We try and travel as much as possible!
How did Javier propose?
I own a social media company, that weekend in April we were on a social media conference cruise in Mexico and he proposed on the boat one evening on the top deck under the stars! It was perfect!
What part of the wedding day are you looking forward to most?
The part of the wedding day I am looking forward to the most is when Javier will see me for the first time walking down the aisle! I just can’t wait to look into his eyes and see his face and emotion!
Javier has been so active in all of the wedding planning and we wanted our guests to really see “us” in the wedding colors and decor! Javier’s favorite color is blue & I love glitz, diamonds, and glamour so we will be using blue throughout our linens, and lots of silver and shiny diamond accents of course 🙂 It’s going to be the perfect mix of the both of us!
