Congratulations to our April 2013 Chiavari Chair Winners Jenny and Chris!

Jenny and Chris met at a dancing workshop. During class they decided to be dancing partners. Who knew they had just chosen their life partners as well! Keep reading to see what their color scheme will be and the romantic way Chris proposed!

Where did you meet Chris?

Chris and I met at a dance studio. Tony Dovaloni was having a workshop and we decided to partner up as dance partners.

How did you know he was the one for you?

I knew he was the one when I saw him out on the dance floor doing apple jacks. He had this confidence that grabbed my attention instantly.

What are the things you have in common?

Chris and I have so much in common. We love to workout together and we love the same music. This question is hard to answer we have a special bond that is so rare that we both feel so blessed that we found each other. Besides we both found each others dance partner

How did Chris propose?

Chris proposed in such a romantic way. He took me to Islamorada Key. We stayed at the resort for the week during the summertime. On Tuesday afternoon he arranged to have our pictures taken while we were on vacation in the keys. In my mind I thought we were just getting pictures taken for the trip. But he had something else up his sleeve. While I was getting my pictures taken he walked over and kissed me and ask me to follow him to a palm tree. Then I noticed a heart in the sand that said look up. Which I did it was a big prop of a diamond ring. My thought was very funny. Then he said try it on so I did sarcastically. And then out of know where he got down on one knee and said how about this one. I was so surprised my first thought was is this for real and he said yes. I know that he said something else in his proposal but I can’t remember what he said. I was so shocked of what was happening. And then I said you lied to me. The night before I asked him if he was going to propose to me and he said no. I had no clue that he was going to do this. I then said yes and gave him a big hug and started kissing him.

And as he was proposing to me he had the photographer standing by taking pictures. Now I have the pictures of our engagement to remember

What part of the wedding day are you looking forward to most?

I can’t wait to say I do to this wonderful man. He has changed my life into something that I never thought it would be. He makes me feel complete.

The other part of the wedding that I can’t wait to do is our wedding dance. Chris and I cant wait to show our families how good we are at dancing. They have no clue of how good we both have become.

What inspired your wedding colors?

The wedding colors were easy. Chris has always wanted blue and I love pink. And silver was the color that we compromised on to bring out those two colors.
