As far as themes go, there are few we love more than a nice, classic wedding with a vintage twist, like Calhoon and Eady’s wedding at the City of Lakeland. Ashton Events did an amazing job planning and putting the whole affair together; their creativity and skill shone through with every detail, while Esther Louise Photography brilliantly captured every little happy moment.
The ceremony was simple and lovely, with guests resting in our White Resin Folding Chairs as they watched Calhoon and Eady say their I Do’s. Eady was just about the cutest bride we’ve seen in a while, with an oversized bow and a short veil like a crown in her fiery red hair. Calhoon just looked so happy and proud to be marrying her, and we totally understand why.
After a fun photoshoot, it was time for the reception. Subtle pops of blue and pink let just a hint of color to the décor, like the robin’s-egg blue napkins resting atop our Mismatched China. Our Gold Flatware and Gold Chiavari Chairs added a little shimmer, resulting in a perfectly sophisticated, old-world look that contrasted beautifully with the road.
Finally, after an evening filled with fun, delicious food, and sweet, indulgent cakes, it was time for Calhoon and Eady to bid their friends adieu and start their new lives together.
It was a unique, unforgettable wedding, and we are just so glad to have been a part of it. Congratulations again, Calhoon and Eady! We hope you have many more years of happiness and togetherness to come!
