Behind the Scenes of our Ethereal Shoot

Styled shoots – typically, we normally show you all the pretty images that the entire team worked together to create. But, what you don’t get to see is all of the magic that happened behind the scenes. And it was definitely magic on the set of our Canvas Event Venue Ethereal Shoot, so we decided to give you the behind the scenes look today! With an outstanding team of vendors including Faiella Creations, GAD Artistry, Baker’s Cottage Cakes, Brooklyn Focus Photography, and The Bridal Finery, we just had to pull back the curtain and show you all the fun.

Getting Ready

Like a painter, our talented hair and makeup team from GAD Artistry started with a blank canvas. Our fresh-faced models arrived and hopped right into the makeup chairs. Tatiana gave our brides a dewy and soft look that was perfect for the Ethereal Shoot.

Then, it was time for the ladies at The Bridal Finery to shine. The three gowns chosen for our models were perfect for the shoot – we couldn’t get over that gorgeous lace and tulle! And our course, we couldn’t pick a favorite… we loved them all!

Details, Details, Details

While our models were getting ready, the Faiella Creations team transformed the Canvas Event Venue into a glorious garden. Greenery climbed the walls and vases filled with creamy ivory floral were placed on the tables.

And speaking of tables: our Daniel end table and Richie end table were paired with some of our favorite furniture pieces. Our Cleo chaise and two Tuscan chairs gave our brides the best seat in the house. And two white fur pillows completed the soft look.

During the shoot, Brooklyn Focus Photography made sure that the ladies were having fun and looking their best. While there were a few fluffs of tulle and some makeup touch-ups, the shoot was always filled with laugher.

And finally, there was cake! The three-tiered cake from Baker’s Cottage Cakes mirrored the greenery and floral as well as the soft look of the bridal gowns. As always, her creations are so gorgeous and delicious, too!
