The Whimsical Wonderland of Hat Trick 2018
What a whimsical event benefitting Ronald McDonald House Tampa and all the work they do to comfort families. Anna Lucia Events went all out and designed a dreamy wonderland-inspired event at The Orlo, a gorgeous house and ballroom event space. Jacqui Cole Photography captured every fun detail for us to enjoy. We love being part of gorgeous events that give back to worthy causes, and we are thrilled to get to work with such a remarkable circle of vendors.
The spectacular styling began as guests first laid eyes on The Orlo’s lawn, where dozens of red roses stood tall on the grass. What a striking way to foreshadow the over-the-top decor inside!
Red roses and lots of mossy greenery were a common thread throughout the event decor, lending an earthiness to the storybook theme. The floral design and props provided by the creative services team from 50fifty Events were perfect for the event.
Upon entering, guests were greeted with the most lavish vignette of roses, greenery, and birdcages trailing the staircase up to the second floor. The attention to detail here was stunning, inviting guests into another world of fantasy.
As a lovely touch, the violinist from New Sense Productions played from inside a golden birdcage.
The decor was larger than life, transporting guests into a wonderland of toadstools, giant flowers, and fantastic delights.
The floral design was heavy with red and orange flowers of all kinds, letting the colors lead their coordination. Greenery added texture, depth, and a modern spin on the wonderland theme.
Our French Country Chairs, with their slightly rustic yet totally chic color and style, were the perfect addition to the space. They complemented the bright red and garden-patterned linens from Nuage Designs that were draped over our Round Cocktail Tables.
With The Idea Emporium’s stationary and graphic design, the Hat Trick 2018’s whimsical theme came to life everywhere, event in the smallest details. Catering provided by Saltblock Catering + Events gave guests delicious sips and tastes of their specialties. Our Round Banquet Tables held everything the event needed to serve the guests.
Since the reason for Hat Trick 2018 is all about giving back, long banquet tables were set up for guests to create snack bags, holiday wreaths, and succulent centerpieces for Ronald McDonald House Tampa.
Beautiful teacups were set up along the table with everything guests needed to transform them into lovely succulent centerpieces.
As a fun surprise, the royal guards the Ace of Hearts and Ace of Spades themselves joined the party! Provided by T. Skorman Productions, the royal guards were the hit of Hat Trick 2018, greeting guests and posing for amazing photos.
We are so excited that we could be part of such a magnificent event! Hat Trick 2018 was a whimsical walk through a wonderland of beautiful scenes and lovely surprises. The talented team of vendors that we worked with are an incredible example of what we can accomplish in this industry when creativity comes together with vision.
