Yours Truly Wedding Coordination helped to assemble this beautiful Spring Wedding at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. With the color theme of a Garden party, vibrant colors were used throughout the day to pull together this vision. From vibrant florals to pops of color on the reception table and more. Maddy Godt Photography captured the beauty of the day perfectly. Giving the couple memories to hold on to for a lifetime. the bride and GROOM’S wedding looks

To begin the day, Jenna got ready at the Grand Cypress surrounded by all her family and friends. She looked stunning when all was said and done. With her hair in gorgeous ringlet curls, half pinned back while leaving pieces to frame her face. Tiny bead detailing was added to the back of her hair to further elevate the look. Next, her wedding gown was detailed with lace throughout and had small straps with off the shoulder sheer sleeves. Her veil was long and draped over the train of her dress. Pops of colorful flowers were an added detail on the veil and paired perfectly with the theme of the day. Then, Benji was styled with a grey suit and cream colored tie. With brown shoes and a white boutonniere. He looked dashing while standing next to his bride.

Outdoor ceremony

The outdoor ceremony was picturesque with greenery all around and the gorgeous water in the background. Under a canopy, our Simple White Wedding Arch was placed as the focal point. With colorful florals, done by Event Boss Floral Design, placed upon either side of the arch. Along with sheer white fabric draped and intertwined throughout. Making it the perfect spot for the couple to say I do.

As Benji stood watching his bride walk down the aisle, it all felt surreal. Once the ceremony began emotion flooded them both as they held hands and took part in sharing their vows. Rings were exchanged between them. Then the officiant pronounced them husband and wife. The newlyweds shared their first kiss and walked out hand in hand. To then be joined by family who embraced them with happiness.

When you descend the stairs into the reception, you’re greeted by wedding perfection. With floor-to-ceiling windows letting in all the natural light and showcasing all the hard work put into the day. There’s a large dancefloor in the middle, and captivating glass chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. Round tables are placed around the room, draped in white linens which pair perfectly with the vibrant pops of color coming from the floral centerpieces. Then, to further add color to the table, our Green Vintage Water Goblets, Pink Vintage Water Goblets and Blue Vintage Water Goblets are used to enhance the look. Lastly, our Cece Back Bar was used to display pictures of those who are no longer with them, but they wish to be there and included in their big day. It was a special added touch.

The party

The last stop for the night was the wedding reception itself. The couple made their way into the room and lit up with joy when seeing their vision brought to life. The newlyweds sat in the comfy Drema Settee behind their wedding table as they listened to the heartfelt speeches given to them by their friends and family. Then they took to the dancefloor to share their first dance. Followed by dances done with either of their parents. Later in the night, the couple cut into their four-layer wedding cake and shared the delicious dessert with all their guests. The rest of the night was spent on the dance floor, swaying to the music of the DJ and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Lastly, before the night came to an end guests lined the exit with their ribbon wands waving in the air as the couple made their grand exit on a perfect night. Guests cheered them on as the couple walked out with beaming smiles on their faces.
