Today’s inspired wedding shoot is for couples who love the outdoors but still want to incorporate that elegant feel. Ring Around Rose Events brought the vision to life and planned the wedding inspiration look. In addition, Landon Hendrick Photography captured all the photos. Another big collaborator was A Beautiful Theme, who provided all the lush greenery and flowers. Let’s take a closer look into the Rustic Woodsy Inspired Wedding at Isola Farms.

Ceremony set-up

To begin, the wedding ceremony set up for today’s shoot was simplistic but still elegant. While already having the beautiful outdoors to set the tone, adding simple touches brought together the look. Starting with the wedding arch, A Beautiful Theme decorated the arch with abundant greenery and various shades of flowers. Including shades of white, pink, and a peachy color. Followed by lining the aisles with the same, along with the backs of the chairs along the last row. We provided the French Country Chairs, which tied together the woodsy rustic look. Last but not least, having a custom wooden sign at the entrance of the ceremony to welcome guests.

Reception details

The table setup was nothing short of stunning. Starting with having flower-filled globes and a chandelier hung from one of the tall moss-filled trees, followed by the focal point being the beautiful Chameleon Table we supplied. Running down the center of the table is that same lush greenery and flower combination used for the arch, creating a beautiful way of tying everything together. Also included in the centerpieces are golden candlesticks. Sitting atop the tables are our Square Belmont Chargers, with the Square White China Plates stacked on top, along with our Baroque Flatware, and Gold Rimmed Stemware. Lastly, having our French Country Chairs seated around the table. With an added touch of having the bride and groom’s vows water colored onto parchment and draped along the back of the chairs.

The Goodies

What’s more exciting than having your custom drink for your wedding day? For the shoot today a special drink was made and displayed on our Ornate Serving Tray. Made with champagne, a splash of blackberry syrup, and topped with a fruit and a green garnish. The sweets table was hung from a tree and created from a tree stump. Included on the table was the beautiful white wedding cake decorated with flowers and greenery. Also, custom macrons, donuts, and mini cakes are displayed on the beautiful swinging table.

All in all, the Rustic Woodsy Inspired Wedding at Isola Farms turned out beautifully. Having all the collaborators come together and create this outdoor wedding will hopefully inspire future couples to use this theme and assure them it can be done.
