A Glamorous Black and Silver Modern Winter Wedding

Hurricane Irma was no match for Rose and Brandon – their modern winter wedding turned out picture-perfect despite the hurdles!

Rose and Brandon chose the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg for the big day. It was a mere 4 days after Hurricane Irma hit, but we were prepared!. Under the direction of Confetti Events, all of us buckled down and got everything ready for the ceremony and reception while Cat Lemus Photography took some breathtaking photos.

Brandon walked down the aisle with his and Rose’s faithful pup at his side, while Rosemary’s entrance was announced with a fun custom board.

The bride and groom exchanged vows beneath a floral arch with ivory and crimson flowers, surrounded by majestic banyan trees. Afterward, they decided to take the party indoors for the reception, which had been decorated with lots of dark and edgy shades.

The tables featured black shimmery linens, greenery, and white flowers with dark berry tones that popped against our silver Chiavari chairs. Everyone’s eyes went straight to our silver octo chargers – they looked striking against the black linens, and the overall effect was perfect for a modern winter wedding.

The newlyweds spent the rest of the evening twirling around on the dance floor, partying it up, and enjoying the delicious meal prepared by Catering by Lundy’s. At the end of it all, it was an absolutely perfect day!
