This Luxurious Wedding at Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes was a fairytale. When Alyssa came together with her coordinator, Blush by Brandee Gaar, she explained that she wanted to draw inspiration from the live-action Beauty and the Beast using old-style beauty. So when choosing her color theme she went with navy blue, deep burgundy, and gold to pull off the feel she was going for. Their vision came to life right before their eyes, and they couldn’t have been happier. Rudy & Marta Photography was there to capture all the spectacular moments of the day. The looks

Alyssa looked like an absolute dream on her wedding day. Her hair was intricately pinned back, with curls cascading down her back. Then a touch of small flowers was added throughout her curled hair. She also wore a jeweled headband to further elevate her look. Her dress had beaded detailing all over and billowed out around her, making her look like a princess. Her bridesmaids wore their long navy blue, one-shoulder dresses which looked stunning when paired with the bouquets that had red roses, white flowers, and greenery. The groom and his groomsmen wore your traditional black and white suit. With the groom wearing a burgundy tie to bring together the color theme. Once the couple was ready they set out to share their first look.

First look

Steven stood in the foyer with his back turned to the stairs awaiting his bride. Alyssa elegantly walked down the staircase with her dress flowing behind her. Then when she was at the bottom Steven turned and immediately lit up with excitement when he saw his beautiful bride in front of him. The two shared an embrace and cherished these moments alone together before the ceremony.

The NUPTIALS

With the sun shining and a cloudless blue sky, the weather was perfect for this outdoor wedding. A tall white pergola draped in sheer white linens stood at the end of the aisle. Then red and white flowers and lanterns lined the walkway that would lead the couple to the front. As guests took their seats and excitement filled the air, Steven entered and took his place at the front and awaited his bride to walk down the aisle. On the arm of her father, Alyssa made her grand entrance. The groom couldn’t hold back tears as he witnessed his future wife walking towards him. The couple held hands and expressed their love for one another. Then they exchanged rings and were pronounced husband and wife.

reception details

Entering the ballroom, you see a table greeting you with a Be Our Guest sign. It was a nice added touch from the Beauty and the Beast. Cards were placed on the tables with tiny keys on them stating which table the guests were to sit at. There were long rectangular tables that were lined along the outside of the dancefloor. Our Gold Chiavari Chairs and Ivory Pads were along all of the tables. For centerpieces tall gold candelabras holding candles were placed in the middle. Along with gold tealight candle holders, and floral arrangements that contained red roses, white flowers, and greenery. All of which tied into the color theme the couple envisioned.

The party

The reception was such a magical time for all. The guests got to enjoy the signature cocktail of the night which was a Florida Fox Mule. Alongside that, a delicious meal was served and everyone was left satisfied. For dessert, the couple cut their stunning five-layer wedding cake. The detail that went into the cake done by Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes was impeccable. The navy cake stood on a golden stand and had jeweled candy placed on the cake and deep burgundy flowers to decorate the front of it. The couple took to the dancefloor during the night and Steven spun his magnificent bride around as everyone watched in awe. The rest of the night was spent dancing, laughing, and making memories that would last a lifetime.

Sparkling exit

As the night came to a close, guests left the ballroom and lined the exit with sparklers. The couple then exited through the double doors and stopped and shared a kiss as the twinkling light lit up the night.
