I met my fiancé through a mutual friend at MacDintons in Tampa the night before Gasparilla. His name is Shane Goodman. I think on some level I knew he was the one from the beginning. We hung out all night the night we met. He was just very different from anyone I had ever dated. We just clicked and complemented each other. 6 months later, we moved in together and have been inseparable. We both love comedy, trying new things like restaurants or breweries, we love animals and we LOVE to travel. He proposed on Valentines Day last year on the cruise we went on. He surprised me while I was getting ready for dinner that night. On our wedding day, I am looking most forward to seeing the expression on his face and in his eyes when he sees me for the first time. We picked our wedding colors based on our favorite colors (his is navy and mine is pink). We also thought these colors would be great for a formal fall wedding.
