We want to announce our January Monthly Wedding Winners: Sierra and Adam! The two met as teenagers, and 10 years later, they are getting married. The couple enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and at-home movie nights. Let’s take a closer look into how Adam proposed and what inspired their wedding theme.
Where did you meet your fiancée?
How did you know he was the one for you?
I knew he was the one for me when I realized he saw value in every single thing about me. The good, the bad, he enjoyed it all and from that point onward, there was no one else I could ever see myself with.
What are the things you have in common?
We both love to travel and go on adventures. We’re both extremely outdoorsy and have such a passion for exploring the world around us. We both are movie lovers, which aids in great at-home date nights.
How did he propose?
He proposed on our trip to Italy on August 1st, 2023 at the Trevi Fountain! I closed my eyes and threw 3 coins over my shoulder, and when I opened my eyes he was on his knee! It was truly so so beautiful.
What part of the wedding day are you looking forward to most?
There are two things I really can’t decide between. One being the moment the door opens and it’s just me for a moment staring at my future husband, and all the people who love me, soaking that in. The next is, giving our vows to each other, and sharing such a special moment.
What inspired your wedding colors?
I like to think it was Italy! We tried to have this springy Italian Garden party-style wedding.
