Where did you meet your fiancée?
We met while working at the same BBQ restaurant called Texas Tony’s.
How did you know they were the one for you?
We were friends for about one year prior to when we first started dating and I just knew how big of a heart he had and how nice of a person he was. I knew that this was a person I did not want to pass up an opportunity to get to know them more. Over our relationship, Austin showed me how much of a gentleman he is and how much he cares about me and our relationship, and just knew he was my person forever.
What are the things you have in common?
We both are nerds so we love Marvel and Star Wars, but he also loves reality shows like Love Is Blind and Love Island so we have a multitude of shows/movies we watch together! We also both love dogs and have to stop ourselves on the daily from adopting more 🙂
How did he propose?
The proposal happened while on a trip with his family to Hawaii. It was during a horseback riding excursion in Kauai and we made a stop at a beach. He even secretly had my dad and brother fly to Hawaii and surprise me!
What part of the wedding day are you looking forward to most?
Definitely being surrounded by all of our close family and friends who love and care about us and our future. A lot of them live out of state so we’re very excited to get to party with them!
What inspired your wedding colors?
While scrolling through Pinterest, I just found myself gravitating towards colorful and Spring inspired florals and decor. The building/venue itself, Bella Cosa, has some pink/peach in it, so that’s why I decided to go with light pink for most of the decor and the bridesmaid’s dresses!
