Howey Mansion Christmas Wedding

Jennifer + Michael

Jennifer and Michael both love Christmas. Being able to plan their wedding during this festive time of year was a dream come true.  The Howey Mansion was just the right venue.  The house was decked out for the holidays with bountiful wreaths, holly, and accents of red. Christmas glow and holiday sparkle could be felt all throughout this couple’s special day at their Howey Mansion Christmas Wedding.

Merry and Bright Bridesmaids

Jennifer’s dress was an off the shoulder lace gown that had a traditional train.  She gave each bridesmaid a comfy Christmas plaid robe for getting ready which also made for such cute pictures!  The bridesmaid dresses were a bright holiday red with each lady having a different dress style to flatter their personality.  The flower girl had a striking holly red sash around her waist.  To finish the look, the bouquets had sprigs of holly and white and red roses.

Sharp Dressed Groomsmen

Michael chose dark suits with satin-trimmed lapels for himself and the groomsmen.  They wore vests, red ties, and crisp white shirts.  The boutonnieres were simple red roses with sprigs of holly and pine to keep with the Christmas theme and compliment the bridesmaids.

A Very Merry I Do

The cooler December temperatures made this outdoor ceremony just perfect.  The Howey Mansion was the backdrop for the exchanging of vows.  Jennifer’s Dad escorted her down the aisle.  She met Micheal at the front and they said I Do in front of all their friends and family.  After lighting the unity candle, they had their first kiss and became husband and wife.

A Romantic candlelight Reception

After the wedding, Jennifer and Michael’s guests were welcomed into a glowing, candlelit courtyard reception.  Guests sat under twinkling strings of lights and were kept warm with patio heaters.  The night was cozy and intimate.  Jennifer and Micheal dined at our Wooden Dinner Table and High Chairs where they had a view of all their guests. Lots of candles and our Gold Belmont Chargers accented the table.  The cake was decorated with winter berries and evergreen sprigs.  The spirit of the Christmas season was incorporated into the entire celebration. The first dance took place in the ballroom by the warmth of a crackling fireplace.

Sparkling Send Off

A sparkling send-off ended the night. This Howey Mansion Christmas wedding was perfectly festive! We wish this happy couple congratulations and Merry Christmas!  We are honored to be a part of your merry and bright celebration.
