December 2018 – CariAnn and Stephen Monthly Rental Winners!
Every month, we conduct a drawing and one lucky couple wins $500 off their wedding rentals with us! This time, we want to introduce you to our December 2018 wedding rental winners, CariAnn and Stephen! We spoke with bride-to-be CariAnn to get more information on how her and Stephen’s meet-cute, their wedding goals, and more!
Where did you meet your fiancé?
We got connected on a dating app called “Coffee Meets Bagel” and we met for the first time at a Oxford Exchange for coffee in Tampa, FL.
How did you know he was the one for you?
It was a collection of our experiences together that made me feel known and exceptionally loved by him.
What are the things you have in common?
Our faith in Jesus, being introverted, and our love of Star Wars and Mexican cuisine.
How did he propose?
Stephen set up a weekend to celebrate our one year dating anniversary with a re-do of our second date including the Orlando Library. While we were in the new releases section, he handed me a book he had custom made to document our story together and proposed! After I said “yes” I found out his brother and sister were there and caught the whole thing with pictures and video! It was a big surprise. My parents and best friends met us later that night to celebrate at my favorite pizza place.
What part of the wedding day are you looking forward to most?
Saying our vows to each other and celebrating with family and friends. We can’t wait to have all our favorite people in one place!
What inspired your wedding colors?
I wanted everything to be modern and minimal. So we went with black, white, gold and dark green to keep things simple and clean.
