Samantha and Ryan had a dream of being married at the Vinoy Renaissance in Tampa. So once engaged they were ecstatic when they could make that happen. When the venue was in place they hired Parties A La Carte to help them plan the rest of the day. They came together with a theme of using blush pinks, blues, and gold as their colors. Then once everything came together on their special day they were in awe of how their vision was brought to life. K&K Photography captured the beauty of the day perfectly and did a fantastic job of taking pictures throughout the day. Let’s all take a closer look at this Classy Wedding at The Vinoy Renaissance.

before the ceremony

The air buzzed with a nervous excitement on Samantha’s big day. Hair stylists and makeup artists moved with practiced efficiency, transforming faces into visions of bridal perfection. Once ready the bridesmaids stepped into their elegant blush pink dresses and looked stunning as they awaited the bride to step into her own. Samantha’s dress was stunningly strapless with lace detailing throughout. With an added touch of crystal jewels around the middle. To elevate the look even more her shoes were dazzling with sparkles along the heels. Meanwhile, Ryan dressed in a dashing blue suit with a white undershirt and a white tie. His boutonniere fashioned a white flower with a pop of pink and a small touch of greenery to go along with the color theme. Once the two were ready they went off to have their first look.

A hush fell over the garden as the bride, radiant in her white gown, approached her soon-to-be husband. He stood with his back turned, a mix of anticipation and nerves filling the air. As she gently tapped his shoulder, he turned, his breath catching in his throat. His eyes widened, filled with an overwhelming wave of love and happiness. A soft smile spread across his face, mirrored by the bride’s joyous expression. They soaked up this private moment together and couldn’t wait until they could call each other husband and wife.

down the aisle

The elegant courtyard set up at the Vinoy is the perfect spot to say I Do. With a gorgeous fountain in the background of the couple as they stand hand in hand. The ceremony begins and the wedding party makes their way down the aisle. Followed by the most adorable ring bearer wearing a sign saying “Don’t worry ladies, I’m still single”. Once ready Samantha makes her grand entrance towards her soon-to-be husband. The two stand hand in hand as they say their vows to one another. Then the officiant has them exchange their rings and pronounce them husband and wife. Ryan captures his bride in a kiss that captivates the crowd. Everyone cheers and couldn’t be more excited for the newlyweds.

Walking into the grand ballroom at the Vinoy you’re greeted by a magnificent sight. From the tall rounded ceilings to the one-of-a-kind Chihuly Chandelier placed at the center of it all. Sheer curtains are draped along the walls and lit up with pink lighting to tie in the theme of the wedding. Round tables are placed around the center dance floor and are draped with silky linen. Our French Country Chairs are placed around each table and offer a comforting place for guests to sit. Our Gold Rimmed Glass Chargers, Ann Fine China, Gold Rimmed Stemware, and Brushed Gold Flatware adorn all of the tables. As for the bride and groom they sit at a half-moon table with flowers surrounding them and a Mr. and Mrs. sign at the front. They get the added comfort of using our divine Juliet Settee.

The party started and laughter mingled with the background music from the DJ filled the air. The clinking of glasses began and heartfelt toasts were given to the happy couple. The dance floor was a swirl of color and movement, as couples swayed and twirled, celebrating the newlyweds’ love. A lavish buffet of food was offered throughout the night, while the air was thick with the sweet scent of the towering wedding cake, promising a delightful end to a perfect evening.
