Holly and Andrew’s Old Florida Wedding at The Carlouel Yacht Club
We love a classic old Florida wedding, especially when it’s in November! When we met with Holly and Andrew and started talking about their wedding plans, we got so excited and couldn’t wait to see how it all turned out. Holly and Andrew definitely had an “old love” that would shine through, no matter the weather.
The couple worked with the outstanding team at Parties A La Carte to plan their beautiful Carlouel Yacht Club wedding. This stunning venue is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of beach life and makes you feel like you have stepped right off a retro “Wish Your Were Here” postcard. Thus Clearwater Beach venue was the perfect backdrop to this adorable couple’s celebration.
Photographer: Stephanie A Smith Photography froze the moments of the day beautifully. The navy, green and gold color palette were captured in a candid and fun way. We love the floral designs that Concept Bait created for Holly and Andrew’s wedding. They brought the old Florida style to 2018.
Prior to the ceremony, Holly and Andrew enjoyed some intimate moments together for their first look. Then, they met again under a floral arch on the white sandy beach, while their family and friends enjoyed the beautiful Florida sunset. Our White Resin Folding Chairs were draped with flowy fabric and adorned with tropical greenery and ivory floral to match with the wedding theme.
After the beautiful ceremony, as Holly and Andrew made their way down the aisle, hand in hand, they looked up to see the most perfect wedding gift; a rainbow! We couldn’t think of a more perfect ending to their beach ceremony!
The newlyweds and wedding guests made their way into the reception, and were greeted by beautifully set tables. The Green, white and gold of the wedding colors were reflected on each table; from the stunning floral centerpieces, to the Gold Rim Glass Chargers. We love that the couple chose the Bamboo Wood Folding Chairs to tie the entire look together.
As the reception went on, the newlyweds enjoyed a fun-filled evening with their family and friends. As the night drew to a close, the couple made their final exit, heading to their happily ever after together.
