Black and Red Beachfront Wedding

When Samantha and Jorge started planning their wedding they knew that it had to include their favorite spot: the beach. They wanted their big day to be a mix of classic traditions paired with laid back ocean breezes. When they decided on the Marriot Harbor Beach Resort as their venue, all their wedding day dreams came true. Come along with us as we check out their Black and Red Beachfront Wedding.

Classic Elegance

Samantha chose a satin strapless, mermaid fit gown. It had a slight train in the back for the ceremony and made for such a beautiful silhouette. Leaning into the beach vibe, she wore her hair down in soft waves with a beaded headband. For the ceremony, Samantha added a long cathedral length veil. The bridesmaids all wore long black dresses with various necklines. They all carried elegant red rose bouquets.

The groom and groomsmen

Jorge chose a black three piece suit with black vest, a white shirt and a black tie. He wore a single white flower on his lapel. The groomsmen dressed in all black. They had black suits, black vests, black shirts and black ties. The choice to go with all black made for a very classic and elegant look for the bridal party.

A Beachfront I Do

The ceremony was held on the Marriot Harbor Beach Resort’s back patio where the sparkling ocean could be seen from every angle. Guests were seated in all black resin folding chairs underneath towering palm trees. Samantha came down the aisle on her father’s arm to meet Jorge. The couple exchanged their vows, rings, and were pronounced husband and wife.

Celebrating Love

The reception moved the party indoors. Samantha chose an all black theme with accents of gold and red roses. Guests were seated in black chiavari chairs at tables with all black linens and napkins. Our Luxe Gold Flatware really popped against the dark tablecloths. Gold chargers and our Black Matte China finished off the place settings. Samantha and Jorge sat at a separate bridal head table that was decorated with large florals and greenery. The newlyweds enjoyed their first dance while all their guests looked on. Their wedding cake was a stunning four tiered all white cake with each layer rimmed in gold. In keeping with the theme, the couple asked all their guests to wear all black. The party went late into the evening and the dance floor was full the whole night.
