Some couples want their day to sparkle, and we love to see how they bring their visions to life! With glittering decor details, gorgeous gowns, and suave tuxedos, there are so many opportunities for a couple to bring some romantic glamour to their wedding. Maxine and Jared knew they wanted a black-tie Alfond Inn wedding with a touch of sparkle, and Brandee Gaar truly made their day an eye-catching event!

The beautiful Winter Park morning started with photos of bride Maxine as she spent time with her bridesmaids and prepared for her day ahead. Kristen Weaver Photography was there to record the whole day, and she was able to be there for a touching moment. As Maxine was in her bridal suite, a dragonfly flew in from an open doorway. Dragonflies hold an important place in Maxine’s and Jared’s hearts because they represent Jared’s mother, who had recently passed away. Everyone was in awe of the moment, and they were sure that it was Jared’s mother watching over them on their wedding day. This made the couple’s tribute to Jared’s mother, a dragonfly brooch on her Simply Roses bouquet, even more meaningful.

To match the black-tie wedding, the bridesmaids wore gowns that were elegant and modern with lots of sparkle. The bride’s gown featured layers of tulle creating a full and romantic skirt, as well as beautiful beading on the bodice. The dresses from Solutions Bridal perfectly reflected the venue’s glamorous architecture. The groom and his groomsmen wore classic black tuxedos, which lent a perfectly dashing element to the bridal party.

Maxine and Jared decided to have an Alfond Inn wedding in the beautiful courtyard. The day was warm and bright, perfect for the lovebirds to say their “I Dos” in front of family and friends.

After their ceremony, Maxine and Jared were finally husband and wife! They met their guests inside for a whimsical reception filled with floral details, sparkling accents, and dreamy decor. Our Frances Settee made the sweetheart table extra cozy for the loving couple.

Going for double the sweet treats, the couple had a surprise for their guests: a donut wall! Everyone was able to pluck their favorite flavor down from the wall while they partied the night away.

Their towering five-tiered cake from Sprinkles Cakes was decked out with a cascade of sparkling flowers! It was a lovely addition to their reception decor, as well as a delicious dessert.

Jared and Maxine danced to the sounds of DJs from Rock With U, enjoying their first night as husband and wife. Soon, their guests joined in and the dance floor stayed busy all night!
