Working alongside the visionary team at Whitney Carillon Events, we helped transform the ballroom into a high-contrast, sophisticated masterpiece. Every detail, from the aerial performers to the curated tablescapes, spoke to the theme of strength and celebration.

The Art of the Seating: Black and Clear Wysteria Details

To achieve a look that felt both modern and timeless, the design utilized a blend of textures and transparencies. We supplied our Black Wysteria Chairs and Black Chiavari Chairs to anchor the room with bold, architectural lines. These pieces worked in perfect harmony with the dramatic floral installations by Tailored Twig. Additionally, the crisp, high-end linens from Nuage Designs.

Furthermore, we introduced Clear Wysteria and Clear Chiavari Chairs to create a sense of lightness and depth. In addition, the specialty lighting designed by FyerFly Productions completed the look. By mixing these styles, the design team created a dynamic visual flow throughout the massive ballroom. At the bar, our Black Chiavari Barstools provided a sleek, cohesive look that complemented the custom bar setups by The Cup Bearer.

Our Black Deco Glass Chargers provided a sophisticated, geometric edge, while the Silver Glitter Spiral Glass Chargers caught every flicker of light, adding a touch of gala-appropriate glamour.

In addition to the chargers, the glassware played a vital role in the guest experience. We provided our Grace Etched Clear Coupe Champagne glasses and Grace Etched Highball glasses.
