A Sacred Ceremony at Holy Trinity

The day began with a deeply meaningful ceremony at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Under the golden glow of traditional icons and ornate chandeliers, Lauren and Yianni exchanged vows. It was a setting rich with heritage. Thus, the architecture provided a stunning backdrop for Cannonfire Photography and Labif Filmhouse to capture the couple’s first moments as husband and wife. Additionally, as the ceremony concluded, a beautiful vintage vehicle from Coles Classic Car waited outside to whisk the newlyweds away in timeless style.

Sophisticated Sips in the Grand Hyatt Foyer

Following the ceremony, the celebration moved to the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. Guests initially gathered in the Ballroom Foyer for a refined cocktail hour. To elevate the bar service, we provided eight of our CeCe Back Bar Shelves. These gold-framed shelves perfectly showcased the premium spirits and glassware. Thus adding a vertical element of luxury to the space.

While guests mingled, they enjoyed a first look at the incredible signage by Andi Mejia. Which seamlessly blended modern typography with the wedding’s classic Mediterranean flair. The flow from the church to the cocktail hour felt effortless. Thanks to the expert coordination between the venue and the transportation provided by Ambassador Limo.

A Ballroom Transformed with Gold and Ivory

As the doors to the Grand Hyatt Ballroom opened, a vision of warmth and metallic brilliance greeted the guests. Our Gold Wood Chiavari Chairswith Ivory Chair Pads lined the tables. Therefore offering a classic silhouette that complemented the soaring ceilings of the venue. These chairs do more than provide a seat. They act as a vital design element that carries the “Gold Wood” theme throughout the entire room.

Events in Bloom created lush floral arrangements that sat atop tables draped in exquisite fabrics from Fancy That Linens. However, the true magic resided in the details of the place settings. We curated a tiered look for the guests using a mix of our Gold Sea Glass Chargers and Clear Gold Scalloped Glass Chargers. This subtle variation added texture and visual interest to every seat.

The reception wasn’t just a feast for the eyes. It was a tribute to the couple’s Greek roots. A massive “Greek Cookie Table” featured delicacies from Hellas and Mazzarros, while Sweet Divas provided a stunning four-tier cake adorned with vibrant bougainvillea.

As the night progressed, the energy shifted to the dance floor. DJ James from Grant Hemond and the King James King band kept the party moving, while Tampa Bay DJ Co provided dramatic cold sparklers that illuminated the couple’s first dance. Between songs, guests flocked to the EVNT Photobooth to capture candid memories of the night. While Destiny & Light ensured the bridal party’s hair and makeup stayed camera-ready until the final exit.
