James and Jennifer’s Rock & Roll Hard Rock Hotel Wedding

With so many amazing venues in Orlando for your wedding, we know that narrowing down your favorites can be difficult. Yet, when Jennifer and James started planning their fall wedding, they knew right away that the Hard Rock Hotel was the spot for them to tie the knot. We loved this rock and roll wedding and are honored to have been a part of their day!

We love outdoor weddings, especially ones at the gorgeous Hard Rock Hotel! The beautiful Woodstook Lawn was the picture perfect setting for Jennifer and James to say “I do”. The team from All About The Details made sure that the timeline of events went right as planned, and the talented Cricket’s Photo and Cinema made sure that every moment was captured!

A beautiful rose gold pipe and drape with a stunning floral design created by Atmospheres Floral & Decor framed the spot where Jennifer and James exchanged vows, while the guests watched seated in our White Resin Folding Chairs. It was a sweet and touching ceremony.

Following the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests made their way into the Avalon Ballroom at the Hard Rock Hotel. Sticking with the rock and roll theme of the venue, their tables were named after some of their favorite albums. We love when the personalities of the bride and groom are in the details!

With the guest tables covered in a sparkly rose gold runner and with rose gold votive candles scattered around, it seemed perfect that they chose our Gold Chiavari chairs. to complete the look!

As the celebration went into the evening, the party was rocking. Guests were asked to sign records in lieu of a traditional guestbook, which we absolutely loved! The always fun Event Concepts kept the music going, and the dance floor was busy for the remainder of the night. It was a party until the happy couple shared their last dance!
