2024 Wedding Planner Event at Swan and Dolphin

EXTRAVAGANT weekend

The 2024 Wedding Planner Event at the Swan and Dolphin is a perfect way for planners to get the full wedding experience the hotel offers. The amazing views, food, and ambiance made it a magical weekend for everyone. Cona Studios was there to capture photos from the event. Welcome cocktails

First, when the guests arrived at the hotel they went up to The Vue Terrace to start the day. There, appetizers and cocktails were served, allowing everyone to mingle with all the top wedding planners in the area. It’s not every day that they all gather in one place, so it’s a great way to network and meet new people. Guests also got to enjoy the stunning view of Disney as they enjoyed their food and conversations.

Base to bubbles

Following the cocktails on the terrace was a wine tasting. Guests gathered around to view the PowerPoint presentations by the director of banquets, which contained facts and other information about the wines presented. While enjoying their tasting pairings with cheese, this teambuilding event was the start of an exciting weekend.

The Vue

Included at The Vue is an amazing ballroom. It was set up with our wedding rentals including our Richard Table, and Black Wysteria Chairs with Black Pads seated around them. Then, for the table tops, our Gold Painted Chargers, Luxe Black and Gold Flatware, and Gold Rimmed Stemware are used. The wedding planners filed into the ballroom and listened to speakers talk about the experience couples would get if they chose this venue for their big day including how guests can have character appearances. Then they were surprised with a visit from Minnie Mouse. They sat and enjoyed dinner for the evening and enjoyed the Disney fireworks finale.

Ballrooms set-up

The Oasis ballroom was set up with an outer space theme. A Chair Affair provided a Simple White Wooden Arch, and White French Country Chairs, with White Pads. The white arch was also decorated in beautiful floral to elevate the look. Next, the Harbor Ballroom was decorated as a reception with different table set-ups to show different variations that can be used. We provided Clear Wysteria Chairs, Gold Chiavari Chairs with Purple Pads, and Royal Clear Chairs for the seating. Additionally, the Gold Starburst Chargers, Grayson Gold Flatware, and Silver Sea Sponge Glass Chargers adorned the tabletops.

The food

Amongst the Swan and Dolphin Hotel and Swan Reserve there are 22 restaurants for people to dine in and experience different foods. This highlights the large variety of dining options for anyone interested in using this venue in the future. All of the hotel accommodations are convenient for events to keep their guests in one place while providing lots of choices.

End to a perfect weekend

All in all the 2024 Wedding Planner Event at Swan and Dolphin was a hit! It allowed the planners in the area to come in and see what an amazing experience all the Swan and Dolphin has to offer.
