University of Tampa New Year’s Eve Wedding

Sarah & Ralph

Sarah and Ralph started the New Year off right with their stunning black, white and gold wedding at the University of Tampa. Together, their celebration was a night of elegance and fun, perfectly captured by the talented team at Shauna and Jordon Photography. UNIQUE Weddings + Events orchestrated the entire affair, ensuring every detail flowed seamlessly. All in all, the day itself was magical and we simply can’t wait to share all the beauty with you!

Getting Ready

First, let’s peek into the getting-ready room. Sarah, in a luxurious white silk robe, sipped champagne with her bridesmaids, all clad in light pink silk robes. Laughter filled the room as they got their hair and makeup done by the team at Femme Akoi . Then, the moment arrived: Sarah slipped into her breathtaking white gown, and her bridesmaids transformed into dazzling visions in long, black, glittery dresses. Talk about a show-stopping New Year’s Eve look!

First Look

A first look between the bride and groom is always such a special moment. Sarah’s first look with Ralph was no exception. It was a private, emotional moment that solidified the love they were about to celebrate. They were both excited and ready to move to the ceremony.

Outdoor Ceremony

As dusk settled, the outdoor ceremony commenced. The setting was nothing short of breathtaking. Glass lit candles flickered, casting a warm glow on the white and gold floral arrangements (beautifully painted by Events in Bloom to match the wedding’s color scheme). White chairs completed the elegant, sophisticated ambiance. Surrounded by loved ones, Sarah and Ralph exchanged heartfelt vows. Then, had their first kiss as husband and wife sealing the deal.

Indoor Reception

The celebration then moved indoors, where a large clock served a delightful double duty: it displayed the time and guests’ table numbers, a playful nod to the New Year’s Eve theme. The room was a feast for the eyes, decorated in a stunning combination of black, white, and gold. Lush white florals with large, gold-painted leaves served as centerpieces, while other tables showcased elegant white floral arrangements. Round tables draped in textured black linen were paired with our Gold Chiavari Chairs sporting Black Pads, tying the color scheme together flawlessly. Our Sweetheart Table, was adorned with the same black tablecloth and Gold Chiavari Chairs, with flickering candles creating a romantic atmosphere. And of course, each table had its own clock, keeping the countdown to midnight spirit alive.

NYE Reception Fun

The night continued with Sarah and Ralph sharing a romantic first dance on our Black and White Dance Floor. Then came the cake – a magnificent three-tier white masterpiece that they cut with joy. But the celebration didn’t end there! As the clock struck midnight, the party truly came alive. Guests danced the night away, streamers and poppers adding to the festive atmosphere.

Sparkler Exit

When your wedding is on New Year’s Eve your exit has to be an exciting one! This grand finale was a dazzling sparkler exit. As Sarah and Ralph walked through a tunnel of light, their car awaited, ready to whisk them off to their happily ever after and a brand new year.

Congratulations
