Classically Chic Tampa Yacht Wedding
Some couples just glow when they look at each other, and Karli and Jim both radiated love at their big day. We were so lucky to be part of their chic black and white wedding at Tampa Yacht and Country Club. From their touching ceremony at Hyde Park Methodist Church, to their fun-filled reception, they let their love for each other remain the focus of the event and placed lovely details to tell their story.
Karli was a breathtaking bride in a soft white gown with a clean design. She carried a bouquet bursting with greenery and white blooms to reflect the relaxed classic feeling of the wedding. Each woman in the bridal party looked her best with hair and make-up services provided by Christine Wheaton from Femme Akoi.
The groom and his men looked dapper wearing classic dark tuxes with modern styling. Their simple boutonnieres of greenery, the groom’s with a single white bloom, were another easy classic detail. They were the perfect vision of a modern wedding party!
The reception expertly balanced the celebratory mood of the wedding with the chic simplicity the bride and groom envisioned. Taking advantage of the space, they used luxuriously large 48″ round tables. With our white wedding chair rental, the chiavari chairs brightened up the room and added a touch of airiness. The navy chiavari pads provided contrast to the light colors throughout the room.
Karli and Jim danced the night away to the upbeat music from Bay Kings Band, sharing their special night with their families and friends having the time of their lives. We are so happy we could be part of this lovely day, and we hope Karli and Jim have a lifetime of happiness together!
