When you picture a beach wedding, you think of the sparkling blue water and the sunshine beating off the shimmering sand. Perfect weather is a must, and that’s exactly how Natalie and TJ’s wedding day turned out. Elegant Affairs by Design helped plan the day so everything ran smoothly for the couple. Getting ready

Natalie and her closest friends and family started the morning with a toast to celebrate! Sharing these special moments before the ceremony are memories she will have forever. While getting ready in their matching PJ’s Natalie had her hair styled in a crown braid that was brought back and styled into a low bun. Her gorgeous wedding gown was strapless with a bow detail in the back. Paired with a long train to elegantly trail behind her. TJ and his groomsmen went in tan suits and brown shoes, which went perfectly with the beach theme.

With the stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico in the background guests walk down the boardwalk and await the ceremony. Shepard’s hooks line the aisle and have an array of colored flowers in jars hanging from each one. Then at the end of the walkway there lies a semi-circle of gorgeous flowers for the couple to stand within. TJ couldn’t hold back tears as he watched his stunning bride walk down the aisle towards him. Her father walked her to the end and hugged each one as he handed off his daughter to her future husband. In the end, the officiant said I now pronounce you husband and wife, TJ kissed his bride as the guests cheered.

Cocktail hour

Between the ceremony and the reception, a cocktail hour was held for everyone. With tasty appetizers, and yummy drinks served from our White Cosmo Bars. The couple also got to sign their wedding certificate and made it official.

Reception details

In the yacht club dining area, round tables are set throughout the room. Draped in white linen, with our White Chiavari Chairs with White Pads placed around them. Centerpieces contain a variety of flowers with colors ranging from yellows to orange to pink. Also having candles in holders to elevate the look of the table. We further supplied the glassware on the table including the Grace Etched Champagne Glass, Grace Etched Red Wine Glass, and the Grace Etched Water Glass.

Dancing, Cake and a night of fun

Guests entered the reception and the party began. Starting with the newlyweds dancing under the shimmering lights. The couple also shared that one dance with their parents. A moment they will never forget. The couple chose a beautiful white 3 layer cake with floral detailing on it for the big day. Cutting into it and sharing a piece of cake was a pivotal moment of the night. The amazing band and music kept the guests dancing all night long.
