Our May Wedding Rental Winners weren’t quite high school sweethearts but have a great story! Read on for more about this winning couple.

Where did you meet your fiancée?

Britney and Sean technically met in high school but hardly talked then. After high school, Britney moved to Orlando for college. Once they moved back to their hometown of New Smyrna Beach, Sean sent them a message to go to a local car show together and they’ve been inseparable since!

How did you know he was the one for you?

We knew we were meant for each other when we went on Pokemon Go dates together after work and became friends through multiple outings together.

What are the things you have in common? 

We both love video games and the arts. We both love being creative and value each other’s insights into the things we make. We also both share passions in our beliefs and what we stand for.

How did he propose?

Sean Proposed to Britney at a resort that we had booked for the weekend. He found a secluded pergola in the afternoon to pop the question. He had waited til everyone cleared away to make it an intimate moment between us.

What part of the wedding day are you looking forward to most?

We looked forward to our ceremony the most since it was at an art museum with grand stairs and was surrounded by artwork as well as our family and friends.

What inspired your wedding colors?

We liked the elegance that black and gold had as well as its relation to the stars in the night sky.
