With our knowledgeable and helpful staff, your event will be in the best hands from the moment you meet with us!
So, what are the steps for clients to take when looking to make an appointment with A Chair Affair?
First, take a look through our online catalog and create a vision board or list of pieces that you are interested in. From chairs, to chargers, to tables; we have every rental item you can dream of to make your event stand out.
Second, head over to our ‘Book a Showroom Visit’ page on our website and chose one of our two convenient locations to visit. With showrooms in Orlando and Lakeland, we are always ready to meet. In Orlando, our showroom hours are Monday through Friday 11 am – 5 pm. And once a month on Saturdays. Our Lakeland showroom in available Tuesday through Thursday 9 am – 3 pm and every other Saturday from 9 am – 11 am
Third, fill out an Information Request Form so we have a better idea of how we can best help you plan your event. With the options of adding images and links to your inspirational Pinterest broads, we are able to “see” your event before you set foot into our showroom.
