LRA Thanksgiving Dinner At The Venue On Lily Lake

Not only do we at A Chair Affair supply wedding rentals, but we also supply our products to special events. We were so grateful to be included in the LRA Thanksgiving Dinner at The Venue on Lily Lake. The event itself turned out beautifully, thanks to Save the Date Events. Additionally, Bouquet Photography was there to capture the amazing room setup and a few moments of the attendees throughout the night. Let’s take a closer look at the décor, as well as all the delicious food and drink that was offered at this funfilled party.

When you think of Thanksgiving the colors brown and orange come to mind. So when pulling together the rooms look Save the Date Events make sure to include the classic colors. Entering the room you witness large wooden beams all along the ceiling, as well as a wall of windows. Situated around the room are round tables. Some of them are draped in brown linens while others are covered with a plaid detailed linen of white and brown. Our French Country Chairs are situated around the tables. As for the tabletops our Grace Etched Amber Water Goblets adorn the tables, with a pop of golden color that helps pull the look together. The centerpieces complete the look, with orange flowers and greenery in the arrangement.

Food and Drink

Next came the delicious food and drink that was offered throughout the night. Uncommon Catering went above and beyond to provide everyone with delectable options for this Thanksgiving dinner. Starting with a mouthwatering salad, and moving on to a main course of either beef tenderloin or chicken thighs. To top it off the bar offered several options of beer, wine, or hand-crafted cocktails. Then if you didn’t want to partake in any alcohol, an orange-infused rosemary water was set out for all guests to enjoy.

Enjoying the night

Guests arrived and were able to enjoy all the food and drink while having a great conversation. Thanksgiving is a time to be around all the people you care about and to give thanks for everything in your life. Our DJ Rocks was there to provide music for guests to dance to. Giving everyone an unforgettable night!

Successful event

To conclude, this LRA Thanksgiving Dinner at The Venue on Lily Lake was a successful event! Guests came and filled up on delicious food and then danced the night away swaying to all the DJ’s hits. Upon leaving guests received a caricature ornament provided by Artistic Talent Group. As a way to give thanks to those who were able to attend the event.

All in all, we were thrilled to be included in such an incredible event, along with all the other amazing vendors.
