Bob and Adam opened their beautiful estate for friends and family to celebrate their wedding day. Between the breathtaking views and the natural Florida landscaping, there’s no better place for this intimate gathering. To begin, Whitney Carillon Events was in charge of the event planning for the big day. Clane Gessel Fine Art Weddings also captured all the breathtaking views and beautiful wedding set-up. Wedding INVITATIONS
The wedding invitation design was done spectacularly by Ceci New York. Firstly, a gate is at the forefront of the invitation itself. This is a fun nod to the gates that open up into their estate. Bob and Adam’s property is also home to several exotic animals as well as other special pets. This has been something that they have shared throughout their relationship. To incorporate their love for the animals it was also included on the invitations and save the dates. Such fun personal touches!
ceremony set up
With the shimmering water in the background and the gorgeous tall tree at the center of the ceremony, not much was needed to complete this perfect look. Our Clear Ghost Chairs were lined in the yard to create the aisle for the grooms to walk down. With white planters in the back with an array of flowers of white and soft blue and purple hues. Additionally, the flowers are wrapped around the tree to elevate the look with some pops of color.
Table set-up
Long wooden tables are set up on the deck of the beautiful outdoors. Then those same floral arrangements are incorporated into the centerpieces. While also including tall glass candle holders to further complement the table. Our Clear Ghost Chairs are set up along the tables for when guests arrive. As for the table setting, our Silver Glitter Spiral Glass Chargers, and Crystal Stemware sparkled in the sunlight while custom napkins and menus are placed on top of the chargers.
The perfect day
In conclusion, the setting and details were perfect for this Intimate Outdoor Wedding at a Private Estate. The grooms had a magical walk down the aisle to say their I Do’s in front of all their family and friends, then party the night away under the stars. A Chair Affair was honored to supply all the wedding rental needs to help bring their vision together. Lastly, congrats to the happy couple on their beautiful wedding day!
