On March 30th everyone gathered at The Haya Hotel to celebrate Annabella and Meyer’s tying the knot. It was a beautiful sunny day in Tampa Florida. They couldn’t have asked for more. With One Fine Day taking the reigns, everything went off without a hitch. Furthermore, Ailyn La Torre Photography captures all the beautiful memories. Let’s take a look at this Classy Wedding at The Haya Hotel.
Welcome Party
The couple decided to throw a welcome party for all their family and friends. It gave guests from out of town time to settle and catch up with everyone before the big day. Between the good food, drinks, and live entertainment, it was an exciting time.
Poppin Champagne
Annabella started with a BANG! Between popping champagne and sharing a toast with her bridesmaids, there was laughter and fun to begin the day. While getting ready, the girls shared their matching silk pajamas which were color-coordinated with the wedding colors. Also while getting ready, the bride shared gifts with her closest friends as a way to give thanks for being a part of her big day. Annabella went with a sleek strapless dress, with a gorgeous sweetheart neckline. While her bridesmaids wore shimmering gold satin dresses.
Groomsmen and toasts
While the girls are popping champagne, the men are sharing a toast. Meyers prepared for the big day with his closest friends and family. Additionally, sharing his thanks by giving his groomsmen gifts to show how much they are appreciated. As for the suits, nothing says classy more than a black suit, white undershirt, and black bow tie. Both Meyers and his groomsmen sported that look for the day.
First looks
Nothing is more romantic than sharing a first look with your future husband. It’s a special moment that only happens between the two of them. While Meyers has his back turned Annabella stands ready for him to turn and see her in her gown. As soon as he looks upon his bride his face beams with happiness. The two soaked in those special moments before they walked down the aisle.
Ceremony
With excitement buzzing in the air, guests are astonished by how beautiful the room looks. Upon entering, you see a huge white canopy that has greenery draped along the top of it, while also having multiple chandeliers hanging in the middle. Along the back wall, white linens are draped and include backlighting to pull the classy look together. Our Gold Napoleon Chairs and White Pads are lined to create the aisle. Finally, the groom enters with his mom and stands at the front waiting for his bride. Annabella enters and is escorted down the aisle by her parents. The couple share vows, and exchange rings. Lastly, getting to share their first kiss as husband and wife.
Reception details
While entering the reception at the Haya Hotel you see multiple round tables throughout the room. Our Gold Napoleon Chairs surround them. Our Luxe Gold Flatware is used on the tables. The centerpieces contain a beautiful array of flowers, including reds, whites, and pinks, along with greenery placed in the arrangements. Lastly, gold candlestick holders are placed in the center to complete the look. With a long table in the back, the bride and groom share a spot right below The Hammonds neon sign that’s hung on the wall. Lastly, our White Cosmo Bar was supplied to help hand out all the yummy drinks for the night.
Dancing, Cake cutting, and laughter
The newlyweds are announced and come into the room radiating with happiness. To begin, the couple share their first dance. As well as share a dance with their parents. Followed by toasts given to the couple to share all the well wishes. Guests take to the dance floor and enjoy the rest of the night, and make it an unforgettable one. Later in the night, the bride tosses her bouquet to give luck to whoever catches it. Last but not least, the cigar station included was a huge hit with all the men for the night.
Sparkling Send-OFF
