Carley & Manny
We are happy to announce our April Monthly Wedding Winners, Carley and Manny! These two started as friends in college, and their love blossomed into something beautiful. They got married in April, so let’s see what their favorite part of their wedding day was and what inspired their color theme.
How and where did you all meet?
We met as freshmen in college. Manny lived on the boys’ floor and Carley on the girls’ floor. Their two floors were paired as “brother sister floors” for orientation events. Several people on the two floors became close and started a friend group. It is through this group of friends that Carley and Manny became close friends and eventually started dating.
How did you know that you were just made for each other?
We were friends for over 2 years before officially dating. The relationship felt very natural, and our first date was so smooth that it was a perfect transition from friends to dating.
How did she/he propose
He proposed on Key Biscayne beach in Miami, where we used to frequent in college.
What inspired your wedding colors?
Orange and green for the University of Miami
What part of the wedding day are you looking forward to most?
We have already had our day, and it was so perfect! We loved spending time with our friends and family and having all of our favorite people in the same room!
