Imagine a dreamy day with A Chair Affair. A beautiful Florida day with a gentle breeze rustling the leaves and the soft sound of waves in the distance. This perfect setting created the backdrop for Julia and Sean’s beautiful wedding. We were honored to play a role in it. At A Chair Affair, we believe that every detail counts, and this wedding truly proved it. An amazing team of vendors helped us bring to life a celebration that was both elegant and personal.

The Perfect Setting

Julia and Sean chose a French Country theme, so our French Country Chairs perfectly complemented the space. Their elegant design and natural wood finish lent a rustic yet sophisticated charm and paired perfectly with the lush greenery and floral arrangements.

After the ceremony, guests made their way to stunning, thoughtfully designed tablescapes. The tables were draped in a soft, dusty blue linen, creating a beautiful contrast to the chairs’ warm wood. But our Grace Etched Blush Water Goblet stole the show, adding a pop of soft color and a touch of romance to each setting. Next, the delicate etched design on the glasses caught the light, creating a subtle sparkle that elevated the entire look. Additionally, each table featured beautiful, intricate floral arrangements from Velvet&Twine, whose pastel pink, peach, and lavender flowers created a whimsical, romantic feel.

Beyond the Tables: A Celebration of Style

Julia and Sean’s personalized style didn’t stop at the tables. We excitedly provided our Cosmo Bar and CECE Back Bar, which served as a chic focal point for guests. Thus, the bar’s clean lines and classic white finish created a sophisticated space for serving cocktails. A cascading floral arrangement from Velvet&Twine flowed over the front of the Cosmo Bar, adding a whimsical, natural element to the clean design. Therefore, the stylish bar and backbar gave guests a beautiful place to gather and mingle throughout the evening.

Guests enjoyed delicious, unique hors d’oeuvres, including colorful caprese skewers, and later, a fun, interactive mini pancake bar. Arthur’s Catering expertly provided both. Everything Cake created a three-tiered wedding cake that was a masterpiece in itself, with beautiful white textured frosting adorned with fresh flowers matching the reception’s color palette.

A Magical Evening

As the sun set, the celebration continued with a magical ambiance that Kaleidoscope Event Lighting created. The soft glow of the lights highlighted the floral arrangements and produced a warm, inviting atmosphere for dancing and celebrating. Next, the DJ from Cnergy Music kept the energy high, and a fun array of light-up favors added a playful touch to the evening.

Thus, bringing a wedding of this scale together requires incredible coordination. We are so grateful for the expertise of wedding planner Dani’s Event Design, who flawlessly managed every detail.
