While the Central Florida Wedding Association (CFWA) originally hosted this spectacular winter wonderland in December, we are bringing the festive magic back into the summer sun for a little Christmas in July inspiration. Wedding industry professionals gathered at the breathtaking Conrad Orlando for an unforgettable celebration. As a premier event rental company, A Chair Affair proudly partnered with an incredible creative team to bring this vibrant, high-energy CFWA Holiday Party to life.

Festive Tablescapes with a Luxurious Golden Glow

First, when guests stepped into the grand ballroom, a stunning visual masterpiece immediately greeted them. The design team paired rich burgundy quilted table linens from Connie Duglin Linen with crisp white napkins. Therefore, establishing a refined, holiday-inspired foundation. To elevate the tablescapes, A Chair Affair provided our signature Gold & White Petal Chargers. Which anchored each place setting with intricate texture and metallic flair.

Furthermore, we completed the sophisticated setup by adding our sleek Euro Gold Flatware and elegant Grace Etched Amber Water Goblets. Thus, this combination perfectly captured the warm candlelight and highlighted the beautiful floral arrangements created by Petals by Design. Beyond the beautiful place settings, our striking Oscar Chairs in Gold truly stole the show. These modern, circular-backed chairs feature a brilliant gold-polished frame and a plush white seat cushion. You can see how they added a seamless blend of contemporary luxury and festive opulence to the room.

Not only did these chairs offer exceptional comfort for the evening’s program, but their reflective gold finish also bounced the ambient lighting beautifully throughout the space. Thus, the geometric design of the seating contrasted flawlessly against the structured lines of the table linens. Creating a dynamic environment that left guests raving all night long.

Cozy Lounges and Vibrant Entertainment

Next, the festive experience extended well beyond the dining tables. Outside, guests enjoyed beautiful evening views and scenic lagoon boat tours provided by Evermore Orlando Resort. Additionally, on the outdoor patio, our comfortable Eva Sofa, paired with a matching Chance Table and Chance End table, created an upscale lounge area where attendees could mingle comfortably. We adorned the lounge seating with various pillows to maximize both comfort and style.

While guests relaxed, the talented Aloha Erica could be found singing alongside a live string quartet, filling the air with beautiful melodies. Attendees also enjoyed delicious Hors D’Oevres, a specialty bar, and decadent desserts crafted exclusively by the Conrad Orlando culinary team.
