First, the day started with a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The Florida sun shone down on the couple as they stood under a magnificent floral arch. Betty J’s Florist crafted the arch from lush greenery and delicate roses in shades of cream and soft peach, creating a perfect frame for the couple. They held hands and exchanged heartfelt vows, while their loved ones looked on, soaking in every tender moment. The Lemons Photography expertly captured the emotion and intimacy of the ceremony, from the couple’s happy smiles to the soft light filtering through the trees.

A Ballroom Transformed by Gold and Green

After the ceremony, guests moved inside for the grand reception. The talented team at Just Marry! worked magic, transforming the Hyatt Regency ballroom into an inviting and luxurious space. As guests entered, our gold chiavari chairs immediately caught their eyes, a classic choice that lends a touch of sophistication to any event. The chairs, paired with their plush white pads, created a striking visual against the elegant tablescapes.

The decor truly made a statement. A beautiful sage green runner cascaded down the center of each table, beautifully complementing the gold accents. Gold chargers lay at each place setting, holding a blush-colored napkin that added a soft pop of color. Meanwhile, flickering candles and delicate floral arrangements filled the space, perfectly mirroring the bouquets and ceremony arch. Finally, a custom-lit monogram of “The Villars” projected onto the wall, adding a personal and polished touch to the room.

A Dreamy Tablescape and Lively Reception

The tables were a masterpiece of design. Therefore, we worked closely with the team to ensure every detail was perfect. The tablescapes featured runners in a beautiful shade of sage green, creating a soft contrast against the gold and white. Shiny gold chargers provided a foundation for each place setting, topped with a blush-colored napkin folded into a graceful bow. Centerpieces included glowing candles and delicate floral arrangements that mirrored the ceremony arch.

Later in the evening, the celebration kicked into high gear. FyerFly Productions kept the dance floor packed all night long, with a playlist that had everyone, including the happy couple, moving and grooving. First, the bride and groom shared a beautiful first dance, swaying together under the glow of the ballroom’s grand chandeliers. Furthermore, a lively photo backdrop gave guests a fun way to capture memories. Complete with a large floral arch similar to the one from the ceremony, a ring light, and a collection of fun props, the photo booth was a huge hit. Thus, the Lemons Photography captured a joyous group shot of the newlyweds and their friends smiling and laughing.
