When this couple got engaged and started planning their wedding, they thought the Swan Reserve at Walt Disney World would be the perfect fit. They envisioned an elegant rooftop reception with views that couldn’t be surpassed. So when the time came, they called upon Jessica Renee at Reverie Events to help them coordinate and plan their day. Everything was planned perfectly, and the two couldn’t have asked for a better day. Furthermore, having Emma Anne Photo there to capture all the precious moments from the day was ideal. They are forever grateful to have all the photos to look back on and reminisce about their spectacular day. getting ready

To begin the day, Catherine and her bridal party got ready in the hotel suite. The girls all wore matching pajama sets, with the bride in your signature white and her bridesmaids in lilac. Everyone went with different hairstyles, with some being down and curled, and others choosing to wear theirs up. The bride herself went with a half-up, half-down look with her hair curled and loose tendrils framing her face. With the added touch of a hairpiece in the back, her look came together beautifully. Then, once the time came, she stepped into her stunning gown. She went with a strapless dress with beaded jewels on top and a skirt that billowed out around her. She looked the part of a princess.

Then, Gerardo and his groomsmen wore different shades of blue suits. With the groom being in a light blue suit and tan shoes and his groomsmen in a darker blue suit. They all looked handsome and once ready spent their time lounging in the hotel lobby. Waiting to send the groom off to his first look.

first look

On the top floor of the Swan Reserve is the Vue Terrace, which is where this couple stood awaiting their first look. With excitement buzzing in the air, Catherine entered onto the Terrace as her future husband had his back turned. Then, once ready, she placed a hand upon his shoulder, signaling him to turn around. Once the couple saw each other for the first time, their faces lit up with joy. The couple embraced and shared a tender kiss. Soaking in these last moments together before they take that last step in becoming husband and wife.

Ceremony of your dreams

In the Oasis Ballroom at the Swan Reserve the ceremony was set up exactly how the couple had dreamed. With a circular arch at the forefront draped in colorful florals, which also lined the walkway. Along with lanterns placed on different sized columns at the beginning of the aisle.

Anticipation buzzed in the room as guests took their seats. Gerardo stood at the front awaiting his bride to walk down the aisle. Once the strings of the harp started to play, Catherine made her grand entrance. Then her father gave his blessing and handed her over to her future husband. The two joined hands and proceeded with the ceremony. In the end, the two said I do and sealed the deal with a kiss.

Upon entering the Vue on the rooftop of the Swan Reserve, you’re greeted with magnificent views. With all the tall glass windows throughout the room, you’re able to see Disney and the Swan and Dolphin Hotel that is across the way. The room itself is decorated with round tables throughout, with a wooden dance floor at the center of it all. Our Gold Chiavari Chairs and White Pads are placed around each table, providing comfortable seating for all of the guests. Furthermore, our Jeweled Mirror Chargers are used upon each table to add a touch of elegance. The centerpieces consisted of florals and lit candles, giving that pop of color on top of the white linens. Lastly, our 30″ Round Cocktail Tables are draped in our White Poly Linen and placed along the sides of the room. Allowing guests to stand and mingle during the reception.

The Vue rooftop at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve set the stage for an unforgettable reception. Guests were treated to panoramic views of the illuminated Disney parks, with the Epcot fireworks providing a spectacular backdrop as the evening unfolded. Against this breathtaking vista, laughter and clinking glasses filled the air, as attendees mingled and celebrated in the chic, open-air setting. Guests danced throughout the night and enjoyed the delicious cake. Creating memories that will forever be remembered.
