Classy Wedding At Harriet's Orlando Ballet Centre

Today’s wedding insight is about none other than Olivia and Bryce’s Classy Wedding at Harriet’s Orlando Ballet Centre. They chose a perfect day in March to stand in front of all their friends and family and say I do. Taking that final step into sharing their lives forever. When planning their day, they wanted to maintain the classic black and white theme. With the help of Melanie Paige Events, they were able to embrace that theme and run with it, creating their dream wedding. Furthermore, with the assistance of Kartsie Photography, they were able to capture all the spectacular details of the day. Giving them amazing memories to look back on throughout the years.

pre-ceremony EXCITEMENT

To begin, the bride and groom got ready at the Alfond Inn with all of their wedding party. Olivia and her bridesmaids prepared for the big day in matching robe pajama sets, which were white with floral detailing. The bride went with a gorgeous natural makeup look done by LeJeune Artistry. Followed by styling her hair with timeless curls that framed her face beautifully. Then, when it came to her wedding gown, she went with a strapless, form-fitting dress that had lace detailing throughout. Paired with her all white floral bouquet, she looked like a dream. As for the groom, he looked dashing in a classic black and white suit and white flower boutonniere. He and his groomsmen shared toasts and laughter as they prepared for the ceremony.

The ceremony

The ceremony set-up was beautifully done. In the open ballroom, there were windows from floor to ceiling letting in all the natural light. With a half arch placed in front of the windows and decorated with white florals and greenery. Our Clear Ghost Chairs helped line the aisle, along with different-sized candle holders that held white candles that lit up the walkway.

Bryce stood at the end of the aisle waiting in anticipation for his bride. Once the music began playing and she made her grand entrance his face lit up with delight. Seeing his gorgeous bride walk toward him. The couple held hands throughout the ceremony needing that comforting touch from the other. Once they said I do they sealed the deal with a kiss.

A Chair Affair added details

After the ceremony came a cocktail hour. Which allowed guests the opportunity to find their seating arrangements by taking little shot glasses, which were placed on our Céce Bar Back, and drinking them to be able to find their table number. Along with all the amazing cocktails that were provided during this time, guests had the opportunity to sit in a comfortable seating area provided for guests to sit around talk, and catch up with one another. We provided our Atlanta Settee, Katie Velvet Chairs, Elton Coffee Table, and Kaley Velvet Tan Chairs to help set up this area.

The reception set up radiated with elegance. From the mixture of our long 72″ Folding Tables and our 8′ Banquet Tables, draped in white linens with the added touch of the black napkins to pull the theme together. Our Brushed Gold Flatware and Martini Glasses were a part of each placemat. Along with our Clear Ghosts Chairs, we placed them around all the tables for guest seating.

The wedding reception buzzed with joyful energy. Laughter and music filled the air as guests mingled and raised toasts to the happy couple. Tables adorned with flowers surrounded a dance floor where friends and family celebrated, their happiness radiating throughout the room. The aroma of delicious food mingled with the sweet scent of cake, creating a warm and festive atmosphere, a perfect continuation of the beautiful day.

All in all, this Classy Wedding at Harriet’s Orlando Ballet Centre turned out perfectly. From the gorgeous ceremony to the fun filled reception. It will be a night that will be remembered by everyone.
