Simultaneously, Amy McKinlay Photography captured every breathtaking detail, while Bay Stage Live flawlessly executed the evening. Together, making it a night to remember. As a whole, this black tie affair shone a spotlight on the esteemed Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Trauma Center. While raising a staggering $1.4 million in support of world-class healthcare for our community.

Gala Room Details

Excitement filled the air as guests arrived, exchanging greetings and catching up over welcome drinks. Laughter mingled with anticipation as everyone signed in, eager for the evening’s events to unfold. Stepping into the grand gala room was like entering a scene from a luxurious dream. Navy and silver accents danced alongside shimmering gold, creating a breathtaking ambiance. Elegant long tables boasted tall, flickering candles and vibrant floral arrangements. As well as equally stunning round tables. Our Clear Chiavari Chairs, adorned with pristine White Chair Pads, offered comfortable seating around each table. Also, our Silver Rim Glass Chargers glimmered beneath navy napkins. Altogether, creating a glamorous and elegant atmosphere.

Community members raised their paddles high, their contributions echoing their support for Sarasota Memorial. Futhermore, this was more than just a glamorous event. It was a heartfelt expression of unity. Thus, ensuring that the only Level II Trauma Center in the area continues to provide lifesaving care.
