Juan and Jackie’s Wedding at Rosen College

Being in Central Florida, we cannot help but be UCF Knight fans and it is always a fun celebration when our couple incorporate their love for the Knights into their wedding. Juan and Jackie were married at the beautiful Rosen College. The couple’s friend Kourtney Nieves assisted with the wedding coordinating; making sure that the details all fell into place, while Khim Higgins Photography captured all the moments, including a surprise that Jackie planned for her groom.

Their outdoor ceremony was intimate and sweet. A family friend officiated for the couple and when Juan and Jackie were pronounced husband and wife, they shared a sweet kiss. Then they walked hand in hand while their family and friend cheered them on.

The reception was held in the Rosen College Dining room with the couple’s wedding colors of burgundy and dusty blue mixed throughout the floral design from No 1 Flowers . The couple chose our versatile Sweetheart Table which was covered in a beautiful matte gold linen.The couple chose our Gold Chiavari Chairs to complete the overall look.

After sharing their first dance, Eddie Castro with Complete Wedding Orlando got the party started, and as the guests danced, they also watched the UCF Knights win the championship game!! But the excitement didn’t stop there, Jackie had another surprise waiting; a visit from the Stormtroopers from 501st Legion! Juan being a HUGE Star Wars fan was so surprised and loved his gift from his bride.

In keeping with their Star Wars fun, the couple walked under a row of raised light-sabers as they made their way out of their reception. It was a fun night, filled with so many memories and we are so honred that Juan and Jackie trusted A Chair Affair to be part of their fantastic day.
