Dreamy Waldorf Astoria Wedding Fit for a Disney Princess
Stacia and Andrew were the essence of royalty at their Waldorf Astoria wedding in Orlando. Stacia’s dream wedding entailed a glamorous Disney inspired soiree complete with lots of sparkles, lush floral arrangements, and an elegant ballroom…and that’s exactly what RW Style + Events created! Liga Photography captured every glitzy moment perfectly while videographer Jeffrey Stoner filmed the memories that are sure to last a lifetime.
As the bridal party dressed for the big day, there were sparkles everywhere you looked, from the beautiful blush-toned bridesmaids dresses by Adrianna Papell, to the bride’s shoes from INC – and, of course – to her stunning tiara. But what made the day truly breathtaking was Stacia’s princess wedding dress designed by Narin Moda from the Something New Bridal Boutique. The bride’s makeup and hair by LeJeune Artistry rounded off the picture beautifully, and the groom and his men kept it classy and handsome in their navy tuxedos.
The blush, ivory, and gold palette added so much romance to both the ceremony and reception. The fairytale atmosphere was clearly reflected in all of the lovely flower arrangements, bouquets, and the flower arch – all created by Lee James Floral. Our white folding chairs faced the beautifully-draped arch where the couple exchanged their vows, with Paint It Black Quartet playing softly in the background.
The creative ,custom signage designed by Chalk Shop Events offered a fun and whimsical way to give the guests all of the details for the night as everyone proceeded to the ballroom. Our gold Chiavari chairs matched the round tables in an elegant display, the tables draped with gold-patterned linens provided by Over The Top Linens. To complete the luxurious look fit for a Disney castle, our gold Belmont chargers were paired with Baroque gold flatware and soft rose centerpieces.
The attention to detail throughout the night seemed endless, from the cotton candy dessert bar by Sky Cotton Candy to the spectacular dance floor created by Letz Dance On It. White Rose Entertainment made sure that the party continued all night long. The stunning day and incredible night were topped with a grand confetti drop provided by LGT Productions, and then it was time for the couple to say their goodbyes and jet off on their honeymoon.
